Q: Are there any shipping charges on my order?
A: Enjoy free shipping over the order value of Rs.1200/-. Orders below Rs.1200 are charged Rs.150/- extra. 

Q: How soon do I receive my product(s) after placing the order?
A: Your satisfaction is our priority. We collaborate with esteemed courier partners to ensure swift dispatches and deliveries. Orders are meticulously packed and ready within 2 business days. Under ideal conditions, our products will say HEllO to you at your doorstep within 4 - 6 working days after placing the order. Please note that shipping times may be extended for remote locations or due to conditions beyond our control, such as road blockages, strikes, or inclement weather.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, you can cancel your order within 12 hours before dispatch for a full refund. Once dispatched, order cancellation is not possible.

Q: Can I choose a different shipping provider?
A: Currently, we have carefully selected a service that offers an optimal combination of excellent service and competitive rates. Alternate shipping providers are not available at this time.
